At the Jeff Goldblum Official Store, we want you to be as satisfied as a dinosaur in a theme park without fences. If your purchase doesn't make you say 'life finds a way,' we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original condition and packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
